From Blacksburg:

Follow 460E to downtown Christiansburg (intersection of E. Main St. & S. Franklin St.), go one block to stoplight at intersection of First St. and S. Franklin St., turn left at light. Go to traffic light at Hardees, and turn right at light. Clinic is at 215 Roanoke Street, diagonally across from the HESS - WILCO gas station.

From Radford:

Follow Rt. 11E until it meets W. Main St., Christiansburg. Turn left, stay on W. Main St. to downtown Christiansburg (intersection of E. Main St. & S. Franklin St.), turn right, go one block to stop light at intersection of First St. and S. Franklin St., turn left at light. Go to traffic light at Hardees, and turn right at light. Clinic is at 215 Roanoke Street, diagonally across from the HESS - WILCO gas station.

FROM I-81 EXIT 114:

Follow Rt. 8E (W. Main St.) to downtown Christiansburg (intersection of E. Main St. & S. Franklin St.), turn right, go one block to stop light at intersection of First St. and S. Franklin St., turn left at light. Go to traffic light at Hardees, and turn right at light.. Clinic is at 215 Roanoke Street, diagonally across from the HESS - WILCO gas station.

FROM I-81 EXIT 118:

Follow Rt 11S (Roanoke St.) to 215 Roanoke Street, go approximately 3 miles. Clinic is on the left diagonally across from the HESS - WILCO gas station.

From Blacksburg:

Follow 460W. Take the US-460-BR W ramp toward VA-636/Ripplemead/Pearisburg. Turn left onto US-460-BR W/Wenonah Ave. Continue to follow US-460-BR W/Wenonah Ave. Turn left onto Fort Branch Rd. Take the second right onto Henson Ave. Take the first left onto Bunchanan St. and the Giles Free Clinic is on the left.

From Radford:

Follow W. Main St. and turn left onto US-11 N/Lee Hwy. Travel 0.8 miles on US-11 N/Lee Highway and turn slight right onto Belspring Rd. Travel 3.2 miles on Belspring Rd. and turn slight left onto Highland Rd. Travel 5.4 miles on Highland Rd. and turn right onto Cleburne Blvd./VA-100 N. Continue to follow VA-100 N for 15.1 miles. Turn right onto Henson Ave. Turn right onto Buchanan St. and the Giles Free Clinic is on the left.
